Wales second-row forward Brent Cockbain has warned Argentina the tourists will add an extra edge of aggression to their play in the second Test in Buenos Aires on Saturday.
The powerful Australian-born and bred player is confident he and his team-mates can turn the tables on the Pumas following a 50-44 opening Test defeat in Tucuman last weekend.
But Cockbain, brother of ex-Wallaby star Matt, does not believe Wales need to overstep the mark to make their point in the return match.
He said: If we are more aggressive taking the ball up, target the weaker defensive shoulder and clean out the rucks with aggression, they shouldnt have the chance to slow our ball down in the second Test.
I know we played against the Barbarians before coming on tour and did well, but they were not well organised and in reality we have not had a lot of time to bed in under a new coach.
We also have some new guys in the camp. We just need a little bit more time in that respect.
Cockbain believes Wales suffered in the first Test for not properly executing their defensive duties and that despite Argentina running in six tries, it was the tourists that played all the rugby.
Cockbain, who has signed for Neath-Swansea Ospreys since the demise of Celtic Warriors, said: They seemed to get their points easily and we had to work hard for ours.
We need to change that around, but there are no great worries because we dont have to change the system around we just have to execute things better by adding that one per cent.
We have to make the tackles stick. They had two charge downs and turned us over out wide and ran the length of the field.
For their first try the referee ran across Gareth Llewellyns defensive line little things like that didnt help. But I think we played all the rugby, but they scored more points.
They scored four quick tries, the first of them before half-time, but at the end we came back to within a score and had we not knocked on in the last minute would probably have scored and won the game.
It takes a lot of character for a side to be able to do that. If we had managed to score in the first 15 or 20 minutes when we were pressurising their line and making breaks, the face of the game would have changed.
They might have been making the mistakes if we had done those things.
