Italy head coach John Kirwan has made four changes to his squad for the forthcoming Test matches against Romania and Japan.
With Santiago Dellape, Simon Picone, Gianluca Faliva and Lance Persico all unavailable through injury, Kirwan has brought in Antonio Pavanello, Mario Savi, Giovanni Raineri and David Dal Maso.
The Azzurri take on Romania in Bucharest on June 26, before meeting the Japanese in Tokyo on July 4.
Italy also play a warm-up game against the Japan A side in Osaka on June 30.
