Scotland prop Bruce Douglas has signed a new two-year deal with The Borders.
The 24-year-old has become an international regular after impressing with the professional team and is now looking forward to the prospect of working under a new coach at the club following the departure of Tony Gilbert.
Douglas said: I am very happy to be re-signing for The Borders for the next two years.
I am really enjoying my time at Netherdale and know that, as we grow, we will become a very competitive club.
I now look forward to preparing for the 2004/05 season with a new managerial direction.
The Borders is really at the heart of this community, and I am proud to continue to be part of that.
