Scotland's Bruce Douglas insists there will be no recriminations ahead of the final RBS 6 Nations Championship game against Ireland.
The Scots face the prospect of the wooden spoon and a complete whitewash against them if they are beaten by the Irish, who have a slim chance of winning the title.
Prop Douglas was part of the team defeated 31-0 by France in the final game of the tournament at Murrayfield on Sunday.
But, despite another disappointing display, the Borders man maintains the squad are fully behind the coaching team of Matt Williams and Todd Blackadder.
Douglas said: A lot of confidence and fun in the game comes from winning but we are all in it together.
It is difficult but we will not be blaming each other and we will work through it and constructively criticise one another when we need to.
We will continue to work towards the game-plan Matt and Todd have set us.
We have a lot of belief in our coaches and we know, if we stick with it, eventually we will make it.
We are aware that it is going to take time but we have to keep focused on it.
There is nothing we can do about the result against France.
We cant grumble, we just have to get on with it and prepare for the Irish game as best we can.
We are desperate for the win in Dublin to finish the 6 Nations off.
But Douglas concedes Scotland had only themselves to blame for the whitewash against Les Bleus.
He added: We knew it would be fierce up front. We know how the French are - extremely powerful and aggressive - it was always going to be hard.
We were massively disappointed, there is no doubt about that.
France were excellent and we made too many mistakes on the ball, while not putting any pressure on them when we had possession.
Everybody is feeling down. It is nothing to do with age, it is just a disappointing time for us all right now.
