Sir Clive Woodward insists that England thrive under pressure - and the visit of Wales gives his world champions the chance to prove it.
England are fighting to stay on track for a second successive RBS 6 Nations title after defeat to Ireland at Twickenham.
Not since 1984 have England lost two games in a row at Twickenham.
Wales beat them 24-15 in Woodwards last Test match as a player before Australia recorded a 19-3 win at the London venue.
This is a huge game for both sides, said Woodward.
We just want to get back to winning ways. The pressure is on, but we seem to operate better under pressure.
The pressure was on in last years 6 Nations to win the Grand Slam, and in the World Cup, and right now, were under pressure.
Maybe, all the success of this team finally caught up with us against Ireland. We are fully aware of that, and were doubling our efforts. I think you will see a much better performance from us this weekend.
Our line-out was fantastic against Scotland (the game before Ireland), and Scotland are regarded as one of the best line-out teams in the world, not just in northern hemisphere rugby. And two weeks later, our line-out falls apart.
You cant assume anything, but looking at our team, weve got a very experienced and physical side now. Its good to see some senior players coming back in.
