Cian Healy
Ireland prop was the star man as Leinster thrashed Cardiff Blues in the Heineken Cup quarter final
Ireland prop Healy demands more from Leinster

Ireland prop Cian Healy was the star of the show as Leinster booked their Heineken Cup semi-final berth by thrashing Cardiff Blues - but he insists the hard work starts now.
Leinster were a cut above their Welsh rivals, running in four scores in a 34-3 triumph – Isa Nacewa and Ireland teammates Rob Kearney (2) and Brian O'Driscoll crossing.

But while O’Driscoll’s try-scoring afternoon caught the crowd’s attention it was the dominance of Healy at scrum time that earned the 24-year-old the man-of-the-match honours.

However despite his, and his side’s, impressive afternoon’s work the Ireland prop admits there is still a lot of work to do.

“We are happy with how that went,” said Healy. “We're happy with some parts of the game but we didn't really put our foot down in the second half.

“We'll look at that and look to improve how we finish a game. There are a lot of good sides out there and we'll keep our heads down and work hard and stick to what we want to achieve going forward.

“We were pretty happy with scrum and we had a couple of meetings as a front row about what we wanted to do."
