MEDIA RELEASE FROM SCOTTISH RUGBY: Scotland Women regroup to tackle Irish
MEDIA RELEASE FROM SCOTTISH RUGBY: Scotland Women regroup to tackle Irish
7 March 2012, 5:21 pm
By Hashim Piperdy
ISSUED ON BEHALF OF THE SCOTTISH RUGBY UNION
Stand-off Tanya Griffith returns to the starting XV as Scotland Women regroup to take on their Irish counterparts at Ashbourne RFC on Friday 9 March (kick-off 7.30pm).
Hooker Alison Macdonald, back row Tess Forsberg and stand-off Lisa Martin move to the bench, completing the four changes to the side that was defeated by France at Bridgehaugh two weeks ago.

Head coach Karen Findlay said: "Ireland will be a massive challenge away from home. Both teams will look to play rugby and to defend hard so it should be a good game."

Ireland go into the game on the back of a 36-0 win in their rescheduled game against Wales last weekend while the Scots are seeking their first Championship points of the season.
