Chris Robshaw
England skipper is confident his side can discover their attacking instinct for the clash with Wales on Saturday
Robshaw insists attacking England will take on Wales

Skipper Chris Robshaw is confident that the workmanlike victories against Italy and Scotland can be replaced by an attacking display against Wales on Saturday.
England ensured they began the 2012 RBS 6 Nations in perfect fashion with hard-fought 13-6 and 19-15 wins against the Scots and the Azzurri respectively.

However with Wales’ 100 percent record coming with more than a sprinkling of attacking intent – running in six tries to England’s two – Robshaw and co. have found the analysis of their Six Nations campaign tempered by negativity.

The seemingly conflicting methods will collide at Twickenham today but with England recalling midfield bruiser Manu Tuilagi to their ranks skipper Robshaw is feeling confident.

The Harlequins flanker will make his first England appearance at Rugby HQ against the Welsh and said: “Everyone looks quite sharp and I think we've improved in our last performances.

"We always knew going up to Scotland and away to Rome that it was all about getting the win.

"We know our performances weren't perfect but we like to think that in the last week-and-a-half we've really worked on that and hopefully our attacking game will be much improved.

"We've made a steady start but we have to go up another notch against Wales.

"Wales are playing a very expansive game. They have a defence based on fitness and have been very public about their experience in going to Poland [for a training camp]. We've got work to do. It will be a challenge but one we are looking forward to."
