Max Evans believes try-shy Scotland will come out firing on all cylinders against Wales
Evans expects try-shy Scotland to turn things around in Wales clash

Max Evans insists Scotland are doing all they can to ensure lightning doesn't strike twice when they are bearing down on the tryline against Wales on Sunday.
Despite having plenty of possession against England, Scotland failed to get their RBS 6 Nations campaign off to a winning start as they spurned several opportunities to score, going on to lose 13-6.

The loss at Murrayfield means Andy Robinson’s side have now gone four games without scoring a try, something they will look to correct when they travel to the Millennium Stadium on Sunday.

And Evans has fired a warning shot to their hosts, revealing they are working harder than ever to end their try-scoring hoodoo.

“It's been addressed, so let's hope we get it right against Wales,” said Evans, who returns to the stadium where his brother Thom suffered a career-ending neck injury back in 2010.

“The main thing has been a real clear understanding. We know the pattern we're trying to play, guys know where they're supposed to be.

“We've been setting ourselves up in similar situations as we got ourselves in against England.

“We will get in those positions against Wales. It's knowing the right thing to do.

“Where we might not have gone the right way during the game, we've corrected that in case we're in a similar position against Wales.”
