Fly-half Kris Burton has swapped places with Luciano Orquera for the fifth straight time in the RBS 6 Nations Championship
Despite recording a first ever RBS 6 Nations win over France last weekend, Nick Mallett has rung the changes by drafting in six players in the Italy team to face Scotland.
Mallett has continued with his rotation at fly-half with Kris Burton returning in place of Brive's Luciano Orquera who drops down to the bench.
Alberto Sgarbi returns for Gonzalo Garcia at inside centre while Paul Derbyshire comes into the back row for Treviso teammate Robert Barbieri and Quintin Geldenhuys replaces Santiago Dellape.
And there are also two changes in the front row which was severely tested by France, with Salvatore Perugini and Leonardo Ghiraldini returning for Racing Metro pair Andrea Lo Cicero and Carlo Festuccia.
