There had been speculation that Leicester flanker Tom Croft and Northampton second-row Courtney Lawes would make returns to the starting XV after injury lay-offs.
But Lawes has been released to play for the Saints against Leeds while Croft has to make do with a place on the bench as Johnson keeps faith with flankers Tom Wood and James Haskell.
London Irish loosehead Corbisiero makes his second start after coming in for Sheridan – who he replaced in the 17-9 defeat of France – who has a calf injury.
Taking Corbisiero’s place on the bench is Gloucester prop Paul Doran-Jones who would make his Six Nations debut if he comes on as a replacement.
