Monday 7 March - Scottish Rugby will announce details of a sponsorship via email.
Tuesday 8 March – Back pitches, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ, 10 for 10.30am – Photographers and camera crews have 30 minutes’ vision-only access to the Scotland squad training session. Please note there are no interviews at this time. Your contact here is Graham Law.

Tuesday 8 March – Gala RFC, Netherdale, Galashiels, TD1 3HE, 11am – Reporters, photographers and camera crews are invited to a photo-call and interview opportunity with Scotland Club International captain John Dalziel who will unveil a new trophy created specially for the side’s biennial fixture against the Ireland Club International team (Friday 11 March, Netherdale, kick-off 7.30pm). Tuesday 8 March – Rowan Suite, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ, 12 noon – Reporters are invited to a media conference with Scotland defence coach Graham Steadman. There will be separate arrangements for written and broadcast media. Your contact here is Graham Law. Access will conclude at 12.40pm.

Tuesday 8 March – Rowan Suite, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ, 12.45pm – Scotland under-20 head coach Peter Wright will announce his team to play their English counterparts at Newbury on Friday 11 March (kick-off 8pm). Mark Palmer is your contact here.

Wednesday 9 March – Scotland team announcement day v England.

Please note the following arrangements:

Broadcast media – Rowan Suite, North Stand, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ, 10am – Scotland head coach Andy Robinson will be available for broadcast interviews. Only those who request an interview by 12 noon on Tuesday 8 March will be considered for a one-to-one slot. Requests should be made to Graham Law. At the conclusion of Andy’s broadcast interviews, selected Scotland players will be available to broadcasters. One player will be embargoed for broadcast use on Sunday.

Written media – Rowan Suite, North Stand, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ, 10.30am – Scotland head coach Andy Robinson will be available for a written media conference. This will conclude at 10.50am. Thereafter selected Scotland players will be available for written media interviews. One player will be embargoed for use in the Sunday papers. Photographers – Photographers’ Suite, South Tunnel, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ, 10am – Photographers should gather in their suite in the south tunnel. Thereafter, photo access trackside to selected Scotland players. Isobel Irvine will be your contact here.

Thursday 10 March – Rowan Suite, North Stand, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ, 12.15pm – Reporters, photographers and camera crews are welcome to attend the Scotland captain’s media conference. Please note there will be separate access for broadcast and written media. Additionally one other Scotland player will be available for interview, which will be embargoed for use in Saturday daily papers. Graham Law is your contact here.

Friday 11 March – Edinburgh Airport, 9.15 for 9.30am check-in – Vision opportunity as Scotland team depart south for the Calcutta Cup match. Attack coach Gregor Townsend will be available for informal media access. Graham Law is your contact here. Media are reminded that they should contact BAA at Edinburgh Airport if they wish to film or photograph at the airport.

Saturday 12 March – Pre-match media conference for Calcutta Cup match (venue TBC), 3.30pm – Scotland head coach Andy Robinson plus one player from the starting XV will be available for broadcast and written media interviews. Access to conclude at 4.10pm. Your contact here is Graham Law.

Sunday 13 March – RBS 6 Nations Championship: England v Scotland at Twickenham (kick-off 3pm). Graham Law is your contact here.
