The Official Online RBS 6 Nations Store is open. The store has everything you need to get behind your team during the RBS 6 Nations, plus the store is now fully stocked with a much wider range of rugby merchandise.
Also coming in from the side are Scotland’s most capped player, Chris Paterson, Sean Lamont, Mike Blair, Moray Low and the Warriors pair of Richie Gray and Johnnie Beattie who have both recovered from injuries.
Hugo Southwell and Joe Ansbro are forced to sit out the visit of Declan Kidney’s side through injury while Dan Parks, Rory Lawson, Nathan Hines and Richie Vernon all drop to the bench. Euan Murray misses the Sunday match due to his religious beliefs.
Nick De Luca moves from inside centre to the No 13 shirt while, on the bench, Geoff Cross and Simon Danielli are involved in a Scotland 22 for the first time this year.
And after ringing the changes head coach Robinson is looking to give their supporters something to cheer about as they search for their first Six Nations victory at Murrayfield since beating Italy in 2009.
He declared: “We have made changes with a view to securing our first win of the competition and giving our supporters the lift that they deserve.
“We know that Ireland will bring their own distinct physicality and guile to Murrayfield on Sunday and it is up to our squad to front up to that challenge.
“We must play with belief and eliminate the mistakes which have bedevilled us in our opening two games and we must produce a performance that restores the pride in all Scotland supporters.”
