Ireland opened their campaign with a convincing win in Italy before going down narrowly to France 14-12 last time out.
Lauren Harris comes in on the wing for her first start of the competition while Heather Lockhart wins her 50th cap.
Victoria Blakebrough, Lisa Martin, Tracy Balmer and Rosalind Murphy are the other new additions to the side with Caroline Collie one of the players to miss out.
“We're looking to try and improve on that performance and see what a few new different combinations can achieve, given that several players have an opportunity against Ireland to show us what they can do,” said Findlay.
“This weekend will again be a test to see if we have improved on the areas in our defence that we have spent time working on, so it's key that the players show they've taken on board what we've talked about and put that into practice in the match”
