There had been speculation that openside specialist Fourie would come into the starting XV but Johnson perseveres with flankers Tom Wood and James Haskell who will continue to play outside their natural positions at 6 and 7 respectively.
Wood was one of England’s outstanding performers in the Millennium Stadium in their 26-19 RBS 6 Nations victory and will make his home debut.
Backs Ben Foden, Chris Ashton, Ben Youngs and Shontayne Hape will also get their first Six Nations starts at Twickenham.
