But Rees maintains all Wales’ preparations have been focussed on improving their own performance rather than on exploiting perceived Scottish weaknesses up front.

But lock Bradley Davies maintains that sequence has been deceiving and believes they are only one victory away from kickstarting their Six Nations campaign.
He said: “Losing becomes a habit, but if we can win at Murrayfield then we are back in the tournament.
“What a great chance for us to get our season back on track. I am confident we can put things right on the weekend.
“We know we are not a bad team. If you ask any side in international rugby, they would not say we were rubbish.
“If we were sitting here now and we had not played any rugby and we had got battered, it would be a different story, but we are playing a lot of rugby at the moment.”
