Italy coach John Kirwan made four changes as he named a 24-man training squad for the RBS 6 Nations match with England at Twickenham on March 9.
The four newcomers are Andrea Masi, Matteo Mazzantini, Fabio Ongaro and Andrea Lo Cicero, who have all been playing with the A team.
Talismanic fly-half Diego Dominguez, who picked up an injury in the 37-13 defeat by Ireland at the Stadio Flaminio last weekend, is not included in the party but could be a late addition.
In his absence Ramiro Pez, like Dominguez born in the Argentinian city of Cordoba, will take over goalkicking duties.
