Italy coach John Kirwan has named an unchanged starting line-up for the RBS 6 Nations match against Ireland at Rome's Flaminio stadium.

The only switch the New Zealander has made to his playing staff is on the bench, where he has replaced the injured Salvatore Perugini with Calvisano's Leandro Castrogiovanni.

Italy: P Vaccari; Mauro Bergamasco, C Stoica, G Raineri, D Dallan; D Dominguez, A Troncon (capt); G De Carli, C Festuccia, R Martinez, C Bezzi, M Bortolami, A De Rossi, A Persico, M Phillips.

Replacements: A Moretti, L Castrogiovanni, M Giacheri, S Palmer, JM Queirolo, R Pez, Mirco Bergamasco.
