The Official Online RBS 6 Nations Store is open. The store has everything you need to get behind your team during the RBS 6 Nations, plus the store is now fully stocked with a much wider range of rugby merchandise.
Firstly we will need fans from 9am on the morning of Saturday 11th December to take part in a shoot for the promo – which shows rugby fans of all nations coming together – and after lunch there may be the chance to take part in an attempt to set the Guinness World Record for the largest ever rugby scrum! This will be a properly coordinated and moderated record attempt; all we need are able bodied, enthusiastic rugby fans. Breakfast, lunch and shelter will be provided on the day and the club is in south west London.
The whole trailer shows fans of all Six Nations making rugby part of their daily lives in the build up to the tournament and ends with all fans coming together in a large crowd.
We need everyone to come with a change of rugby gear (just top and jogging bottoms) – the colours of one of the Six Nations is preferable or if you don’t have all the kit, a national team hat or scarf will be fine, along with warm clothes and jacket as we will be outside. We can help out with some kit but need as many owned by you as possible.
For health and safety reasons and to do with the conditions of our film permit we need all participants to be over 16 and be fit enough to participate. If you are between 16-18, you will need a letter of parental consent or you cannot take part – we can send the template
Could anyone interested please email me at the below address and let me know how many people you can bring and what, if any, Six Nations gear you can bring along.
Applications to take part in the film shoot and the record attempt will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. You must contact me at the below email address and we will let everyone know whether they have been successful or not and location details. Please note that it is essential that we have names and numbers of potential participants in advance; people who show up on the day that aren’t expected will have to be turned away.
Look forward to hearing from you and thanks for supporting RBS 6 Nations!
