“The likes of Benny Foden and Chris Ashton can probably take the line on there and back themselves.

“That just comes from experience - it was their first time against the All Blacks and they need to get it right in future. We all do.

“'I think we should have done the basics better at that moment. We wouldn't have done that in club rugby - Foden and Ashton would have taken on the line.

“It's always the way with international rugby, nerves get hold of you and you make different decisions to those you would make for your club.”
