Business as usual for departing Cheika.

Michael Cheika insists there is no room for sentiment in the Magners League final - but admits victory over Ospreys would be the perfect end to his time at the RDS.
Cheika has spent five successful years with the Irish province, leading them to Heineken Cup glory in 2009.

Leinster confirmed in December that New Zealander Josef Schmidt would take over at the beginning of next season.

But Cheika has reiterated the focus of his players should remain firmly on the game and getting the right result.

“The message is loud and clear that this game is about winning the final,” said Cheika.

“I wouldn't want it to be any other way and I don't think any of the other people that are leaving would want it any other way.

“It's not about me or any individual players. It’s about the club and making the club better. It has always been about that.

“And that’s how we’ll look back on the contribution that we make whether it’s as coaches or players.

“We’ll have plenty of time to say goodbye afterwards. This is about winning the game.”
