The Castres scrum-half was given the chance to impress on the summer tour of Australia and coped well in a team that was heavily beaten in both Tests. He has shown excellent form for Castres in the French Top 14 and Heineken Cup and picked up his first Test try in the autumn victory over the Pacific Islands. He faces a battle with Parra for selection.
