The pacy centre burst onto the international scene with two assured performances on Scotland's tour to Argentina in the summer of 2008. He is not the biggest but is a solid tackler and has very good hands. He scored a fine try in the win over Canada and showed up well against South Africa and New Zealand in the autumn.
