Glasgow coach wants side to leapfrog Ospreys
Lineen: We'll go all out for home semi-final

Sean Lineen insists Glasgow will be going all out during their final clash of the Magners League regular season against Scarlets in a bid to secure a play-off advantage.
Glasgow lie third in the Magners League table with just one game remaining and know they must leapfrog Ospreys – who are one point ahead of them – to earn a home semi-final.

The Welsh region host rivals Newport Gwent Dragons and Lineen has vowed not to let up against the Scarlets and is targeting a bonus point win.

“These play-offs are great and we can’t take our foot off the gas now and the Scarlets can play a bit if you let them,” said Lineen.

“We need to win the game first but everyone knows that we won’t get a home semi-final without that bonus point so we’ll need to go for it.

“We are definitely more competitive as a team, with a harder edge, who have discovered that winning is a lot more fun than losing although it’s a lot more difficult, too.

“We have our problems, we simply don’t have the budget to keep everyone, but there are no excuses in professional sport and we have to win. It’s a tough game.”
