Kelly Brown
Brown in action against Wales
Brown looking for strong finish with Warriors

Scotland back-row Kelly Brown believes victory over Newport Gwent Dragons could spark a stunning end to Glasgow's season.
Glasgow face the Dragons before taking on Ulster and European champions Leinster later this month as they aim to make the Magners League play-offs.

And the 27-year-old, who starred for Scotland in the RBS 6 Nations and is set to join Premiership side Saracens in the summer, insists a win over the Dragons would set up a grandstand finish to the year.

“There is no point trying to play down the importance of this match with Dragons,” said Brown. “Having our next three games at home is a massive plus for us at this stage in the season but, with Dragons first in that run, it sets the tone. So it is the most important.

“We have plenty of history and not all of it good with Dragons in both the Heineken Cup and the Magners League over the last couple of seasons but, with them having come to within a point of us, this is arguably the most important game we will have played against them.

“From a personal point of view, I want to leave Glasgow on the best possible note and that would be to get us in the play-offs at the very least.”
