Coach Mike Barnett has backed his England A troops to claim a fourth consecutive win in 2010 when they take on their French counterparts on Friday night.
Lichfield flanker Sarah Hunter is set to play her first international in a year at the Stade Vellodrome as England look to build on their recent form.
In their last three matches, England have beaten Spain 10-5 and inflicted two defeats on the Nomads, beating them 12-10 in early February and then 26-7 last weekend.
And Barnett insists his troops can enhance their growing reputation in Rennes this weekend.
Barnett said: “This season has been a lot about a few players moving around to give them the chance to show the England coaches what they can do but essentially it’s been about playing with a core group of players.
“We’ve only made a few changes to the squad that won last weekend as we have a core squad that is performing well and we want to stick to that.”
