Tuesday 16 February - Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ, 6.30pm - Reporters, photographers and camera crews are invited to the home of Scottish Rugby for a photo opportunity with playing representatives of national under-15 and under-16 Youth Cup finalists, Boroughmuir, Currie, Stirling County and West of Scotland, as they familiarise themselves with the stadium ahead of the National Finals Day on Sunday 21 February (kick-off 1.30pm and 3.30pm). Wednesday 17 February - Drysdale Suite, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ, 9.30am Photographers, broadcasters and reporters are invited to a media conference where Edinburgh head coach Rob Moffat and assistant coach Nick Scrivener will name the team to face Munster at Musgrave Park in the Magners League on Friday (19 February, kick off 8pm, live on Setanta Ireland).
Two Edinburgh players will also be made available for daily newspapers with others available for evening newspapers. Some players will be embargoed for later in the week as specified by Andrew Sleight at the event. To book a broadcast slot, please contact Andrew Sleight before 5pm on Tuesday 16 January. Wednesday 17 February - Children's Ward (Ward 17), Stirling Royal Infirmary, Livilands, Stirling, FK8 2AU, from 3pm - Two members of the Glasgow Warriors squad will visit Stirling Royal Infirmary to meet children currently receiving treatment to wish them well. During their visit, the players will sign and distribute items of Warriors merchandise to young patients. Please contact Stuart Martin by 3pm on Tuesday 16 February if you wish to attend this event.
Thursday 18 February - Macparlane Suite, Jackie Husband Stand, Firhill Stadium, 80 Firhill Road, Glasgow, G20 7AL, 12.30pm - Head coach Sean Lineen will announce the Glasgow Warriors team to play Cardiff Blues in the Magners League at Firhill on Friday 19 February (kick-off 7.30pm).
