Glasgow could be without Scotland co-captain Chris Cusiter for the Leinster clash
Glasgow look set to receive around £15,000 for their postponed match against Leinster however the rearranged fixture could be on the same weekend as the RBS 6 Nations.
Sean Lineen’s troops travelled to Ireland on Wednesday after being assured by Leinster that their Magners League match at the RDS would go ahead.
However plummeting temperatures forced Leinster to go back on their word and deem the pitch unplayable leaving the Warriors with a wasted trip.
To make matters worse Glasgow endured a nightmare journey home twice sitting on cancelled planes and having to travel by bus and ferry before finally arriving back in Scotland.
Leinster have now seen back-to-back games called off but with Heineken Cup fixtures taking up the next two weekends Celtic League director David Jordan admitted the rearrangements may clash with the international fixtures.
“We are looking at possible dates now and once we know what the scenario is with European qualification we will make a decision,” said Jordan.
“We want Leinster and Glasgow to agree to a date and, obviously, they will want to field their strongest teams, but there are no weekends outside the international window apart from the European semi-finals and final weekends.
“It's not easy, but I would guess that Glasgow and Leinster will have a similar number of players involved with their national squads.”
