Scotland captain Mike Blair believes Edinburgh are proving they have learned "to win ugly" as they look to continue their 100% start to the season.
Rob Mofatt’s men made it three wins from three after coming from behind to win 16-13 at Ulster on Friday night.
Edinburgh now welcome European champions Leinster to Murrayfield on Saturday evening and scrum-half Blair told the club website, www.edinburghrugby.org: “The guys are learning how to close games off and how to win ugly.
“That is something that we managed to develop last season and is something we have carried on into this season.
“We are not getting carried away. We were not happy with our performance against Ulster and realise what we need to work on.”
