Scotland centre Graeme Morrison has warned his Glasgow team-mates they are risking their first defeat of the Magners League season if they do not improve against Newport-Gwent Dragons tomorrow evening.
After demolishing champions Munster on the opening day of the season, the Warriors were far less convincing in Sunday’s victory against the Scarlets.
With Alastair Kellock rested, Morrison will captain Glasgow tomorrow and he has set high standards for his side.
“We have to step up a level,” he said.
“We were happy with the way things went against Munster but we took the foot off the gas last week.
“We are going to have to go back up to the opening-weekend level if we are to go to Newport and win.”
