Court set to open proceedings

Ireland Grand Slam prop Tom Court is set to make his first start of the new season in Ulster's pre-season friendly against Italian side Viadana tomorrow.

Court sat out Ulster’s 19-7 win over Newcastle Falcons on Friday, the first of three friendlies before the Magners League kicks off.

Ulster have, as expected, rotated their squad as the management team get a look at different players and combinations.

Darren Cave and Chris Henry are the only players from Friday's starting line-up to be included in Wednesday’s team.

Ulster’s final pre-season game is at Worcester on Friday. They begin their Magners League campaign at home to Newport Gwent Dragons on September 6.
