Scotland winger Rory Lamont is hoping for a return to the Sale Sharks side - and may be helped by the actions of a former Scotland captain.
Lamont made a quicker than expected return from the ankle injury he suffered at the end of last year and was available for selection again in the middle of March.
Although it was too late to earn a recall to the Scotland side for the last two RBS 6 Nations games, the utility back was straight back in the Sale side.
He missed out on the Sharks' last match against Leicester, though, with Oriol Ripol preferred on the left wing.
But independent citing officer and ex-Scotland skipper Budge Pountney's decision to cite England winger Mark Cueto for a dangerous tackle has opened up a route back into the starting line-up.
Cueto was been suspended for two weeks for his challenge on Bath's Andrew Higgins during the Premiership match on 27 March.
He will miss the Sharks' match with Harlequins on Friday offering Lamont an opportunity - but will be free to play again on April 22.
