Danny Care claims "confidence is high" as Harlequins prepare for their Heineken Cup quarter-final showdown against Leinster.
Victory in tomorrow's clash at the Twickenham Stoop would keep alive Quins' dream of a European and domestic double.
They have never previously reached the Heineken semi-finals, while the Guinness Premiership title play-offs are also looming, with Quins currently tucked in one point behind leaders Leicester.
Leinster will arrive in London with the likes of Irish Grand Slam heroes Brian O'Driscoll, Gordon D'Arcy, Luke Fitzgerald and Jamie Heaslip spearheading their bid for a probable semi-final against fierce rivals Munster next month.
Quins, though, could easily burst the Irish bubble, having confirmed a burgeoning European pedigree by beating French giants Stade Francais home and away in topping Pool Four.
"If you ask anyone in the squad they would tell you we have a chance of winning either competition we are involved in," said England international scrum-half Care.
"We want to win something this year. The confidence is high, and the belief in the group is very good as well.
"It's going to be a massive game against Leinster. They are playing really well and it is going to be a really big challenge for us.
"But we are coming off the back of two good wins (against Sale Sharks and Bath in the Premiership) and we are really looking forward to the challenge. We can't wait for it, really.
"Playing in the Heineken Cup is more like playing in an international game.
"We met some great French players against Stade Francais, and now we will be meeting some great Irish players coming off the back of a brilliant Six Nations."
Quins are boosted by the return of New Zealand import Nick Evans at fly-half - he has recovered from an ankle injury - while centre Jordan Turner-Hall and skipper Will Skinner are also back after missing last weekend's 19-3 win at Bath.
Ireland captain O'Driscoll makes his first appearance since the Six Nations concluded last month, partnering D'Arcy in midfield, with Felipe Contepomi and Chris Whitaker forging Leinster's half-back combination.
