Irish duo lead the way

Ireland's key duo of Brian O'Driscoll and Ronan O'Gara lead the way in the RBS 6 Nations scoring charts coming out of the third round of games.

Irish captain O’Driscoll scored the crucial try and landed a quick-thinking drop goal in the 14-13 victory over England at Croke Park.

The outside centre leads the try list with three touchdowns, from Delon Armitage and Harry Ellis of Ireland, Wales’ Leigh Halfpenny and Irish team-mate Luke Fitzgerald.

O’Gara recovered from two uncharacteristic misses to kick two penalties in Ireland’s win.

His 13 goals in the tournament so far are three clear of the Wales flyhalf Stephen Jones.

Ireland, unbeaten in the RBS 6 Nations and still on course for an elusive Grand Slam, are also the competition’s leading try-scorers with nine.
