This schedule is being distributed at this point to assist media in their forward planning. As usual, we will aim to send an updated schedule for the week ahead each Friday afternoon.
Please note all timings are subject to change by the national coach in light of match preparations.
Monday 2 February – no access
Tuesday 3 February – photography access to morning training session (likely to be at Murrayfield); assistant coach Mike Brewer available to media
Wednesday 4 February – Team announcement (v Wales) day
Broadcast media – 10.50am – Drysdale Suite, Murrayfield Stadium – Scotland coach Frank Hadden will be available for media interviews (please book in advance with Graham Law)
Photographers – 10.50-11.15am – Foyer 1925 Suites, Murrayfield Stadium – Selected Scotland players will be available for photographs
Written media – 11.20am – Smith and Wallace Suite, Murrayfield Stadium – Scotland coach Frank Hadden will hold a written media conference.
At the conclusion of the written media conference, selected Scotland players will be available for interview (both broadcast and written). Media access will conclude at 12.20pm
Thursday 5 February – Assistant coach Graham Steadman will be available for media interviews (booked through Graham Law)
Friday 6 February – 11.15am – Smith and Wallace Suite, Murrayfield Stadium – Scotland captain’s media conference. The captain (plus four players – two for daily papers, two for Sunday papers/broadcasters) will be available for interviews. Media access will conclude at 12 noon
Saturday 7 February – Captain’s run, Murrayfield Stadium. Timings TBC but liable to be late morning. There will be 15 minutes’ vision only access to captain’s run. Please note: no interviews at this time. A member of the coaching staff will be available for a ten minute media huddle at the conclusion of the session (venue TBA)
Sunday 8 February – Scotland v Wales, kick-off 3pm
Monday 9 February – Update from Graham Law. Potential player interview access TBC
