Rush poised for Blues return

Xavier Rush is poised to make his long-awaited comeback from injury for the Blues this week.

The number eight has not played for four months due to a knee problem sustained during pre-season training.

However, he is expected to feature in Saturday’s Magners League clash with Leinster in Dublin.

Blues coach Dai Young said: "Xavier is back in training and should be pushing for some involvement in the Leinster game.

"We've done well without him but there is no doubt he will give the squad a massive lift."
