Scotland star Hugo Southwell will be hoping for a return to the Edinburgh starting line-up for the European Cup clash with Wasps on Sunday.
Southwell was a stand-out performer as a substitute against the All Blacks and especially the Springboks during the Autumn Tests.
But he found himself on the bench for the visit of Ian McGeechan's men to Murrayfield last Friday night as Chris Paterson filled the No. 15 shirt.
The full-back has been named in a 27-man squad for the trip to Adams Park with coach Andy Robinson admitting several players are carrying knocks.
Robinson added: “It is important that we raise our levels throughout the whole of this game.
“Travelling down to Wasps will be a huge challenge and we will be concentrating on improving our overall accuracy.
“Our performance in the second half was encouraging and, although everyone was naturally disappointed with the result, the confidence in the squad is still very much intact.”
