John Barclay will return to the Glasgow side for the Heineken Cup clash with Bath on Sunday.
The back-row star is back in the fold after resting last week following his exertions for Scotland in the Autumn International Tests.
Barclay was one of the few to play in all three games against New Zealand, South Africa and Canada, and Glasgow head coach Sean Lineen gave him a week off to recover.
The energetic open side flanker again impressed in a Scotland shirt last month and is now being tipped to go on the British & Irish Lions tour to South Africa next year.
He will go head to head against one of his rivals for a Lions back-row slot when he faces Bath's England flanker Michael Lipman at The Rec on Sunday.
Barclay forms an all-Scotland back row with Kelly Brown, who moves to blind side flanker, and No. 8 Johnnie Beattie.
Prop Kevin Tkachuk is also back in Glasgow colours after playing against Scotland for Canada at Pittodrie.
