Hadden laments series order
26 November 2008, 1:34 pm
By Catherine Goble
Scotland coach Frank Hadden admits he wishes the autumn Tests had been scheduled in reverse order.
His side completed their November series with an emphatic 41-0 victory over Kieran Crowley's Canada at snow-capped Pittodrie.

It was a performance full of fluent attacking rugby which was too hot for the brave but limited Canucks to handle.

In particular, Scotland's ability to turn line breaks into tries – they scored six in Aberdeen – was in direct contrast to the profligacy showed in the defeats against South Africa and New Zealand.

Hadden said: "Of course we would rather have had the Tests in a different order. I don't think there's any doubt about that.

"But we were given the schedule and we just had to get on with it. There was no point moaning or complaining about it. We had what we had."
