Glasgow head coach Sean Lineen lamented Toulouse's 'X Factor' players after the French side defeated the Warriors in the European Cup.
Lineen's men pushed the three-times European Cup winners all the way as they mounted a spirited challenge before losing 16-22 at Firhill.
The game was in the balance until All Blacks star Byron Kelleher and France superstar Yannick Jauzion put Toulouse 13 points ahead with half an hour left to play.
However the Warriors roared back within a converted score when Lome Fa’atau touched down - but ultimately it was a consolation score for Glasgow.
Lineen said: “Toulouse showed their class and they went through the gears at the end of the second half. They’re a class outfit.
"The tries were a little bit soft but the guys never stopped trying. We scored a great try and could’ve scored a couple more. They have a number of X Factor players, and every time they wanted to create space, every one of them knew how to do it.”
