Richards hails Williams signing

Harlequins director of rugby Dean Richards has welcomed the arrival of scrum-half Gareth Williams from Neath.

The Wales Under-20 international joined on a two-year deal this week and immediately earned the praise of his new coach.

“Gareth is a young and talented rugby player,” said Richards. “He is a scrum-half with outstanding link play and a great footballing brain, and I am looking forward to him being a part of our already strong squad for next season.”
