Williams makes Quins move

Harlequins have completed the signing of Neath scrum-half Gareth Williams.

The Wales Under-20 international has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at the Twickenham Stoop, where he will compete with England internationals Danny Care and Andy Gomersall and Samoa's Steve So'oialo for the number nine shirt.

Williams said: "I'm delighted to get a chance at the top level and in such a professional environment. It's the chance I've wanted for a long time and I'm looking forward to the challenge."
