Dragons recruit Richards as coach

Steve Richards has joined the Newport-Gwent Dragons from Ulster as the Welsh region's strength and conditioning coach and expressed his delight at his return to Wales.

"Wales is my home - and I'm thrilled to be back," said the former Neath, Pontypridd and Celtic Warriors fitness coach.

Richards returns to Wales on a two-year contract after spending two years in Belfast and added: "I've enjoyed my coaching career and have been fortunate to work with some great people along the way."
