Wales legend Jonathan Davies claims the Ospreys may struggle to find a new coach.
Andrew Hore was recruited midway through last season in the role of elite performance director and charged with conducting a review of the set-up.
Coach Lyn Jones left the club in May, and Hore has confirmed that assistant coaches Sean Holley and Jonathan Humphreys will lead the Ospreys into next season.
But Davies is concerned that working under Hore may put off potential new coaches.
"Most coaches would come into a new job and want to be the main man," former Wales captain Davies told BBC Sport.
"But at the Ospreys he will be coming in under Andrew Hore. It's a difficult position to enter into.
"It will be interesting to see what happens, but for now it's a good chance for the young Welsh coaches there."
