Jones back for Ospreys

Wales' RBS 6 Nations Grand Slam winning captain Ryan Jones returns to lead the Ospreys in Friday's derby with Newport Gwent Dragons at Liberty Stadium.

Coach Lyn Jones has made five changes with Gavin Henson unable to feature due to injury after being originally named in a 24-man squad, as he continues to recover from his ankle ligament problem.

There are also starts for Paul James, Richard Hibbard, Adam Jones and Alun Wyn Jones in the Ospreys pack, which is much-changed from the one that played in last Saturday’s narrow defeat to Munster.

Huw Bennett, Duncan Jones, Ian Evans and Jonathan Thomas all drop out of that side and are named among the replacements, but Cai Griffiths does not figure in the Ospreys’ squad this week while Henson is nearing full fitness.
