Scotland centre Andrew Henderson has been left out of the Glasgow starting line-up for the league clash with Llanelli on Friday.
The powerful back has been replaced by former All Black Daryl Gibson, who is fit again after missing the win over Edinburgh through injury.
Sean Lineen has decided the partnership between club captain Gibson and Graeme Morrison - who made his Scotland debut in the 2008 RBS 6 Nations - is his preferred pairing.
However, despite player/coach Gibson’s return, last week’s man of the match Dan Parks will continue to wear the armband.
Parks scored two tries, landed two conversions, and dropped two goals against Andy Robinson's side last Friday.
The Scotland stand-off said: “Training has been really good this week. All the boys are buzzing after the win over Edinburgh.
“It’s amazing the difference a win like that can make because despite being this far through the season, we’re all full of energy and the whole team is really fired up for tomorrow’s game.”
