Heroes back for Cardiff

Cardiff Blues welcome back RBS 6 Nations Grand Slam heroes Martyn Williams, Tom Shanklin and Gethin Jenkins for Friday's league trip to Edinburgh.

All three were rested for last weekend’s defeat to the Scarlets at Stradey Park after their Six Nations exertions.

Wales squad member Tom James has recovered from an appendix operation and features on the wing.

Former Wales fly-half Nick Robinson reappears on the bench after a length lay-off after damaging a hip muscle against Stade Francais.
