MAURO BERGAMASCO APPEAL HEARING

The Appeal Hearing for Mauro Bergamasco has been adjourned pending further written submissions. A decision is expected later in the month.

The independent three-man Appeal Committee chaired by Rod McKenzie (Scotland) and also comprising HHJ Jeff Blackett (England) and Richard McGhee (Scotland) met in Edinburgh today to consider Mauro Bergamasco's appeal against his suspension at the hearing on 27.02.2008.
